Hi! I’m Emily Robertson, founder of Studio Robertson.

Also known as: a voice over artist, a money coach, an endlessly curious project manager, and your go-to collaborator for Figuring It Out.

As a creative project manager, I help people, nonprofits, and small businesses give voice to great ideas and bring life to their great projects.

  • I’ve been recording voice over and writing scripts since 2002 (my voice has been heard by more than five million people across four continents —  and counting!).

  • I’m a project manager with 20+ years of deep expertise in nonprofits, education, museums, and small businesses.

  • As a data de-mystifier with an MBA in Business Analytics, you know I’m obsessed with helping you truly understand your customers and measure your results.

  • My knowledge of (and passion for!) accessibility guides all of my projects, ensuring that the final product works well for all people. In 2023 I earned my Certification in Accessibility Core Competencies from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.

  • I’m known for my grace under fire —  people have often told me that when the heat is on, they want me in their corner. I bring the grace to figure out the unknowns and handle whatever comes, alongside a fiery drive to make our projects amazing.

My signature? I’m a pro at figuring out what to prioritize, making a plan, and following through for results —  while you feel supported every step of the way.

My approach: I show up on time, work hard, think creatively, and have fun.

And a few more guiding principles at the heart of my work.

I believe that...

→ We have a moral obligation to make the world better for all people. Accessibility is key to every project —  if something works for people with disabilities, it works better for everyone!

→ The best projects blend beauty and analytics. Powered by the two, together we can have it all: a project that sounds good, feels good, and truly works.

→ Making people feel capable and essential is the best way to make my mark on the world. (It’s my favorite compliment I’ve ever received from a team member!) From a project’s start to its finish, I’m by your side with reassuring, collaborative leadership and calm.
